We are excited to share that Allison Graves has been promoted to the position of HR/Safety Manager for Transglobal’s Corporate Headquarters.
Transglobal is focused on ensuring the safety of every employee but also realizes that the well-being of every employee is not only about being safe in the field or office but ensuring that we are listening and responding to the needs of our employees and their families. To that end, the company is leveraging the overlap in these two functions – Human Resources and Safety – to address and commit to the overall well-being of every employee. Graves joined Transglobal Services in December 2019 and performed excellently in her capacity as Payroll Specialist, which entailed successfully bringing payroll in-house with a NetSuite implementation. Graves has been involved within human resources functions since 2015. Prior to joining Transglobal, she worked for PhysAssist Scribes, Inc. in HR and Payroll. She holds an MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona we well as a BS and a BA from the University of Maryland at College Park. Graves has completed her OSHA 30, PEC Safeland, and H2S Clear certifications. She will sit for her SHRM-SCP certification exam in December 2020. “I’m excited to pair HR and Safety together to build strong relationships with our employees as well as with our customers. People are the foundation of what we do here at Transglobal. I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of helping and supporting our employees!”
