A Message From Transglobal Regarding Covid-19

As the COVID-19 situation progresses, we continue to monitor it closely and wanted to take a moment to summarize some of the initiatives we have taken to stay productive and connected.

Transglobal Services, LLC values their employees and are proactive in protecting the health, safety, and well-being of not only our employees, but their respective surrounding communities, while allowing operations to continue. In accordance with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, as well as guidelines set forth by our federal and local governments, we are predominantly working remotely and replacing in-person interactions with video and telephone conferences where it is practical.

For the past twelve years we have always strived to be at the forefront of innovation and have earnestly devoted resources to ensure that the final products our clients receive will not only meet but exceed expectations in any climate. In 2019 Transglobal invested time and care into making historical data more accessible, provided new computer systems, and implemented the Microsoft Teams Platform. All of these systems were put into place to better serve the needs of our clients and will help support our ability to provide you our highest level of service and attention. Our normal operating hours will remain going forward.

I hope each of you and your families are safe and coping well in this unprecedented situation. Like so many, I have a heavy heart as I hear each day about the impact COVID-19 is having on our communities.
